Medical Equipment
Each combat medic in-listed in the military receives their own equipment and an id card which shows your rank and personal data. When you first start of as a private your equipment is a more basic set up that can consist of two pouches with many compartments filled with the supplies that you need. The medical equipment that i used was the officer Pack which was more advanced for the more serious injurys.

Each combat medic would have a similar uniform like the other soldiers on the battle field except the combat medic's would have a large red cross all around it easy to see but some didn't want to be known.
Combat Medic Weapon's
If you looked at either a infantry man or a combat medic he would have supplies like this
A combat medic was appointed a weapon but some choose either the minimum or even none at all. The M14 Grand was one of the most popular ones chosen and the one that i personally choose.
